Associated Banc-Corp Completes Reconciliation System With Chesapeake Software
Associated Banc-Corp, an upper-Midwest financial services company, has purchased Chesapeake System Solutions' Unclaimed Property Compliance System (UPCS) software package, announced Chesapeake President Peter Vogelberger. Associated will integrate the UPCS package with Chesapeake's Total Reconciliation System (T-Recs) which the company began using two years ago.
"UPCS will enable us to better comply with the regulations in the states where we operate," said Heather Blue, Associated's Reconciliation and Control Manager. "UPCS offers the unique features and functionality which the corporation needs, and will help us to more effectively manage the different reporting formats required by each state."
Continued Blue, "We also decided to enhance our reconciliation system with UPCS because of its ability to interface with T-Recs. In the two years we've been using Chesapeake's T-Recs software, we have seen a significant increase in the efficiency of our reconciliation processes and the productivity of our staff. We anticipate that integrating UPCS will give us even more efficiency."
Commented Chesapeake's Peter Vogelberger, "Associated's use of both our
reconciliation products illustrates the benefits of a coordinated system. Associated recognizes the value of enhancing its entire reconciliation function into a connected, seamless operation -- and that Chesapeake System Solutions can provide all the tools they need to adapt to the company's unique accounting operations."
